To order from our website, just click the "Add to Cart" on the product detail page, and select quantity, size and/or color choice. This will be added to your shopping cart.
If you prefer, you can also order by phone or fax. Print a hard copy of your order and fax to (435) 259-4294. Or call us toll free at 800-463-4064. Orders can be mailed to: Earth Studio, 33 North Main Street, Moab UT 84532 (mail your order, and payment).

We employ the latest 128-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layering) encryption technology in our online ordering forms. This is done to protect you from unauthorized use of the information you are sending to our server. To make sure you have the latest security features on your browser download and install the latest version of your favorite browser, Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape Communicator.

Our Standard Shipping
July 4th Holiday - orders placed from July 2-6 will be processed the following week, as we will be closed from July 3-6. Please leave us a voicemail (800-463-4064) if you have any concerns.
Orders typically ship within 1-5 days, when received by 5 pm MT, Monday through Friday. If you need your items by a certain date, please make a note in the 'Comments' area when you check out, and we will do our best to accommodate your preferred date. Standard UPS Ground Service delivery normally takes 5-10 business days. You will receive your Tracking Number, so you can follow your package's progress right up to your door.
UPS Ground shipping charges [US domestic only]: We use UPS Online Tools, which calculates your shipping based on actual UPS charges for the items you've chosen in your shopping cart. These charges are automatically added to your order total.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING via U.S. Postal Service: International Air Mail: We ship via the U.S. Postal Service, and add the exact shipping costs to your invoice. These charges will NOT appear in your shopping cart when you checkout, but will be added to your invoice. When you choose "International Air Mail" as your shipping method, you are authorizing Earth Studio to add the shipping costs to your invoice, and charge your credit card accordingly. Shipping time for this method will take 1-2 weeks. If you'd like to estimate your US Postal shipping charges and delivery time, you can go to www.usps.com, to calculate postage.

Canada Orders
We use UPS for our Canadian customers. To calculate your shipping costs, enter your correct Zip code, and Country Code (CA) in your shopping cart, then click 'Calculate Shipping'. Use the pull down menu called 'Shipping Method', and select UPS Standard. This is the only valid shipping method for Canada addresses.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses
At this time, we only offer shipping to one address per order. You must place a separate online order for each address you intend to ship to.

Delivery of Your Purchase
If you are trying to estimate when your order will arrive, please consider:
1. Orders are USUALLY processed within the two days following your online transaction. If you need your order by a certain date, please note that in the Comments' area of the online order form, or just call!
2. Credit card authorizations must be received before your order is processed.
3. 2nd Day and Overnight deliveries cannot be guaranteed if placed after 12 noon MT., Monday–Friday. Again, please notify us of the specific date needed.
4. UPS delivers Monday through Friday. If you need Saturday delivery, you must call us to arrange this service. Note that there will be additional charges. Also, UPS does not guarantee Saturday delivery to all locations.

Gift Certificates
If you can't decide on a gift, try a gift certificate! You can purchase one online and it will be emailed to the receiver with a special code to redeem when they use our checkout form. Taxes
We are required to charge sales tax to Utah customers. This will be added to your order at the time of purchase.
