Factory Tour

Design Every design comes from an inspiration, first sketched by hand, then translated into digital information. From there we work with our computer-driven cutting machines to develop a truly original item. We look at each item from lots of angles so we can come up with just the right look.

Cutting From impressive 4 foot sheets of steel, we cut out each piece. Running these cutting machines requires skill and attention to keep them running efficiently, while achieving the best quality possible.	Grinding The sparks begin to fly as we grind away any sharp or rough edges. Each piece gets attention to ensure our quality standards.	Welding Now we're getting into it! Every piece of metal art has a spot that is just the right place for us to weld on the "hanger", or to add on a little metal critter to a picture frame.

Bending & Finishing

We breathe life into metal as we bend, by hand our sculpture and wall hangings. This is an essential part of our design, which gives Earth Studio metal art its uniqueness and charm. Skill and attention to fine detail is what our master paint finishers infuse into their craft. Many of our finishes take months to perfect, and can involve hand applying in layers, as many as 6 different colors. After hand applying, layer upon layer of the colored finish, we seal every piece to ensure a long life of rich color.

Packaging When you receive your metal art, you'll find it has been packaged with care.

Inventory and Shipping After all is "said and done", it really isn't done! Our inventory manager works closely with all stages of the process to ensure that orders are filled. It takes a true multi-tasker to keep it all in top shape.
